Change the Gringo Day model to a party that is sustainable and that is fun enough where people want to be part of the team putting it together . Concentrate on doing that .... never mind with all the crap regarding donating to this cause or donating to that cause . Cut out the goodie goodie socialists who want to give away left over monies that should be saved to pay for next years gringo day. Some years will be good , others not so good . Allow for that ! If buying a cow and chopping it up isn`t economical anymore , and people are getting too old for that type of work ..... buy briskets from Commercial Mexicana (Manzanillo) get 4 times the meat for half the prices and do your beeria with brisket. If you can`t find a band for an affordable price , use a disk jockey with some talent . You know ... make adjustments to cut the work and increase the fun . Hell working on the project we used to have just as much fun than on the gringo day itself . You know what to do ! Vote in a capitalist with a vision ! Go Team !
