floor tile referral ?

Please tell me the name of your favorite tile setter. After about 5 years our beautiful tile on the roof (under palapa) is coming apart. It started with sounding hollow and coming loose. This year it is buckling up and popping off. We’d like to replace it or go with finished concrete with some color. Positive referrals please. Any ideas of why it failed? Thank you very much.
