I have regularly seen comet Lovejoy. It's now East of Orion, as it travels. I saw it last night around 8pm, before the moon was up. If you looked at about position 12:00 (straight up) but to the south, there was Orion; Lovejoy could be seen if you sighted along the feet of Orion. Or, come to the intersection of Puerto Melaque and 9 de Octubre streets at 8pm tonight and I'll show you. Bring a flashlight because we don't have great streetlights here south of the arroyo .. But that makes for better stargazing.  Solomon |
