Why do you think this project is very important for the whole area?

Chalacatepec aka The new Cancun has been in the news for quite sometime.

Interesting to Google Chalacatepec

For me it feels like the Costa Alegre is getting ready to follow the heard of sheep doing
the same thing different area. People are looking for unique and innovative experiences
and seeing as Costa Alegre is unique I would like to see something other than yet another
5 star resort with golf course. I have always felt that Villalobos really blew a good thing
out at Tenacatita. He had a real Mexico beach scene with one road access (gives control and
security) and a place to build some nice vacation accommodations. End result would be
a mix of comfort with an authentic Mexico experience. The natural beauty and warmth of the
people of Mexico is not being sufficiently appreciated.

Chalacatepec is located about 40 minutes drive (?) North of La Manzanilla.
