Used bike

Hi All, I'm looking to find/buy a man's used bike in fair to better condition with a comfortable saddle. I am long legged so need a fair sized frame. At home, I ride on a 21" (53cm)bike (as measured from the top of the saddle post to the center of the peddle hub). I could possibly make do with one slightly smaller. I welcome hearing from anyone, also, as to where I might buy one locally as in Malaque or Cihuatlan. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP. Terry
