The return of Zona cuba's salsa and latin dance music has been creating a buzz as they get ready to perform for our St. Valentine's dinner and dance at Chantli Mare. For those who attended last year, you know what we are talking about. Dinner by Chef Couillard will be featuring roasted duck tacos with carnitas, Saku sushi grade Tuna Salad with citrus dressing, imported Angus beef Canadian Short Ribs slow braised in Korean and Mexican fused flavors with a pineapple glaze and sweet potato mash, asparagus and french bean stir fried vegetables and spectacular sweets including pineapple upside down cake with tres leches and rum, strawberries and molten Chocolate cake and salted caramel cream brulee.
