Anyone who has been coming to this area for more than just a year or two will surely be aware of the change in the well-being of the local dogs and cats and will notice the dramatic diminishment in population of street and beach animals looking for handouts. I applaud the marvelous volunteers and, most certainly, Julie for making Cisco's Amigos the enormous success it is/has been and look forward to the privilege of another year of working with this dedicated crew.
