Palapa oil spray question

We have scheduled our palapa to be sprayed with corn diesel and linseed oil to discourage termites(they are on the wood). The question is should we take great care to protect the tile floor from the oil with rolled plastic? Or does it easily wash off? Tile is recently installed and sealer applied.
