about 6 years ago I used the IMPAC Ultra white colored roof sealer product on a untreated cement roof, I first needed to use the IMPAC Sealer and then used a thick roller paint brush to roll on the product that had fine fiber strands in the thick paint like product, did two or three coats as per instructions and now after 6 years the product is still holding up well but eventually I will re-coat it again, Home Depo PV sold the product in 3 gallon square plastic pails and I believe they may now have a 10 year product in 5 gallon metal pails. My opinion is it appears easier to apply that the old traditional fiber cloth mat and paint on product.
