We are regulars in La Manzanilla and looking for a good rental for 2016 and the years to come. We are landlords ourself and will take good care of your place. We would like to be within 3 minutes, or 3 blocks walk from the beach, or even on the beach. We like outdoor living and would enjoy a deck or patio. Kitchen facilities can be minimal as we do not cook dinners at home. One, or possibly two bedrooms will be sufficient. Our dates are January 10 - March 15 approximately. We might be willing to rent for longer to secure a good place for the season. Please quote the total rental rate for this period and give the specific location of the property.
