I didn't know we could pay in Cihuatlan. I renew my car registration in La Huerta where I got the plates. It's in the Centro just one street west of the place I pay my house tax (predial.) When coming into La Huerta on Highway 80 from the crucero by Melaque, turn right at the 1st or 2nd traffic signal. It will say "Centro". Then go until you reach their Jardin (plaza central) and loop to the left around it following the one-way streets. You can usually find street parking within a couple blocks of the Jardin. If not, there are a couple of pay lots just off the Jardin.
