Barry: 70%-80% preparation, 30%-20% application.. good product, you have to do it right, have had to do too many interior repairs because of my failure to treat my roof,albeit an old existing house, before I learned my lesson. Four years strong with cloth application, re coated with the impermeabilizante, just the liquid each year since then. Can tell I have another "working vacation" coming in the future on my roof with a recoat of the cloth, no removal of old cloth, just going on top still in good shape. There is a plus, can't beat the view from the roof !
