I posted the photo to you post for you. Can't really tell much from the photo. I am actually kind of relived, I don't know the ramifications of posting a photo of someone in this context. But there have been other post in the past, one I recall was of a thief in Cihuatlan a year or so ago (warning, my time reference is not good at all). This should be taken to the Delegado, it is their job to deal with this sort of thing and they can't do their job if you don't go and report it. Edit - Also important is to remember that this person is not stealing just for kicks, they are probably trying to feed their kids or something similar. |
