all this being said........ I think if there is ever any testing done on the bacterial content of the water going from the lagoon to the ocean it will show that sewer effluent very little to do with the SMELL or the color of the water.
I realize this is not a popular thought and if I am proved wrong, I'll be the first to admit it.
