1st class Thursday Jan. 8th, 9:30am - 11am on the palapa terrace at Casa Azul, 67 Playa Blanca.
Participants must have attended an introductory Somatic Wave Yoga Workshop either last year or this year.
Please bring water, a yoga mat and/ blanket.
