Danza del Alma continues saturday at 5

Danza del Alma is freeform, expressive movement/dance to music from all over the world. We follow Gabriel Roth's Sweat Your Prayers 5 rhythms, starting in meditation, rising like a wave into Staccato, then to Chaos, the height of the wave, and then down to lyrical and flowing meditation. We meet Saturday evening January 10from 5 to 6:15 at Wendy and Richards's house, which is across the arroyo on Playa Blanca, road bends to the right, and straight ahead on the left is a green house #10 Santa Barbara, it says... Dance starts exactly at 5. Everyone welcome. We only ask that you enter the space silently, this is a dance meditation and we save the talking for after the dance... Gracias...
