I had the priveledge of participating in a Temazcal with Xavier and his wife last weekend. I had not anticipated the level of spiritual healing offered. Each person received individual attention in Chakra Alignment and aroma therapy. The Temazcal itself is new and clean and the shower is built inside the broad trunk of a tall majote tree.
The food prepared by Chef Ricardo is authentic pre-hispanic cuisine.
The Temazcal is located on a dreamy tree filled hillside across the Hwy in Los Ingenios. Transportation to and from La Manzanilla is provided.
