has anyone heard of where or if this is even happening... oaxacan artists gathering to show crafts in santiago this week and last? love to see but where and when?

Hola. I just tried to PM you with the white envelope above but came back that you are "out of the office".
If it is just "arts and crafts" they may be at the Santiago Saturday market.

I asked the same question last week. Was told it's at the Walmart underground parking lot til 2/2. Don't know hours. Also was told that all states in Mexico are represented, not just Oaxaca.
