African Dance Workshop - starts tomorrow!

Starting tomorrow - African Dance Workshop!
It is a 3 class course and you can come to all 3 or just 1 class.
The morning classes are 10:30-12:00 in Casa Escondida, Rufino Tamayo #202 (across the street from Mary Jo's house).
Evening classes are 5:30-7:00pm at Activos Gym.
Come out and enjoy an amazing experience for your body and soul dancing to live drum music!
Classes are $150 pesos each and worth more than that!
You can sign up at Activos gym or the Tierralegre office or just show up to the class.

la danza africana es muy divertida y saludablees una experiencia muy especial ya que el maestro jose luis ruiz , wicho es un bailarin reconocido en la danza africana en mexico.

I play Djembe and Dunduns, have practiced african songs from Guinea, mostly written by Mamady Keita. I don't have my djembe here, but if you could use another drummer in the dance workshop, I would be happy to play!

Hoy y mañana aún tiene oportunidad de probar una experiencia diferente para el atardecer ...danzarle al ritmo del tambor y balafon con un excelente maestro mexicano aquí en la manzanilla del mar en el gym activos. A las 5 30 separa tu lugar en el gym.en oficinas de tierra alegre.o en Artisanik pazifico store o 5min antes de la clase . a GOZAR el cuerpo la mente y espíritu. Te esperamos

Glad to hear I have not completely missed it then and I do know where the gym is. Sound like I could miss the sundown for a couple of days to get my dance on now I am sure I am no longer infectious.... Was most everyone in town sick when I arrived? |
