Hey Boomers, looking for a great workout here in La Manz.? Join me FRIDAY morning at 8:00 am. for an hour upstairs at ACTIVOS gym. With a focus on the needs of our generation, and using functional patterns, we will combine modalities for work on our strength (learn how to use resistance tubing for upper body, core strength & stabilization), balance, cardio, and flexibility. I will guide you through each exercise with an explanation of the how, where and why.
I am a certified personal trainer of 25+ years.
All proceeds support the ACTIVOS gym and community.
COST is 60 pesos, locals pay 30p.
Bring water, wear supportive shoes.
