Valerie, I think the max number that will show up would be around 50, but you´re certainly not expected to make a salad for 50. The idea is just enough so that everyone can at least taste your salad. That being said, it´s impossible to say exactly how many people will show up... Hope this helps.

Everybody welcome to the Salad Lunch Party!!! at the Tierralegre's Center.
Location: Go towards the Highway on Lazaro Cardenas turn left at Ignacio Garcia street (YES Iniciative sign)
TIme: 12:00 noon on
For contestants: Bring your favorite salad and dressing
Greens are available at the Garden: Kale, Arugula, Lettuce, Cilantro, Bok choy
Admission for the general public is by donation
Come and enjoy and see the work the student have done so far
