RENTAL SEASON 2016

We are regulars in La Manzanilla and looking for a good rental for 2016 and the years to come. We are landlords ourself and will take good care of your place.
We would like to be within 3 minutes, or 3 blocks walk from the beach, or even on the beach. We like outdoor living and would enjoy a deck or patio. Kitchen facilities can be minimal as we do not cook dinners at home. One, or possibly two bedrooms will be sufficient.
Our dates are January 10 - March 15 approximately. We might be willing to rent for longer to secure a good place for the season.
Please quote the total rental rate for this period and give the specific location of the property. We are in La Manz now and can look at the property. We do not have a phone, so please respond by clicking the little white email box at the start of this message.

If you receive responses that you are not interested in could you pass them along. We are looking for basically the same only - 6 months - Nov. 1 to end April but with large kitchen.
