Morgan manages the water system in our town, and is collecting the yearly charge for this now. His wife Lupe (Lupita) has a bike rental shop and hair salon, and Morgan keeps the books there for the water payments.
Morgan was born in La Manz, and started running the water system in November 1995, just after the big tsunami hit this town.
He and Lupe have four adult children, three boys and one girl.
Morgan's son Oscar runs the key and lock kiosk on the road out of town; another son Fernando is working at Martin's Restaurant. Their daughter Lin is the psychologist for the Secondary School in La Manz. Diego is an agricultural engineer, now working in papaya plantations in Boca de Iguanas.
Morgan has a large farm in Boca as well, planted with coconut palms that will produce cocos in a few years.

And now that you have a good face to the job, please feel free to drop by his office and pay your water bills. As it was pointed out to me, "well I did not receive notice in the mail", for those very uninformed people, we have no mail and it is up to us to pay what is owing, also I am of good authority that several gringos have not paid their water bills for several years, now that is truly not fair and speaking for those who do pay, please do what is right not what you think. Thanks
