Baby Shower for Chef Ricardo and his wife Yessi

You might know Yessi from Pedro's restaurant where she has worked for a few years, or from her job at Casa Maguey. Lovely smile. She and Chef Ricardo are expecting a son, their first born on March 21.
We are hosting a baby shower for them in Sous Chef Denicio's garden at 159 Maria Asuncion.
4-7 pm on Wednesday March 3
potluck tapas
cocktails and aguas provided
In lieu of gifts, if you prefer, we are taking a collection to fund the building project of their house.

from 4-7.. The garden will be decorated, and we will be honoring the expectant parents. Gabi explained in great detail some traditional baby shower games and we plan to try some of them.. There will be prizes!

It is actually Kathy "B." Mark and I went back down the street after we dropped Jan off. There is definitely no number 159 visible--we even drove down Playa Blanca thinking maybe Maria Asuncion continued after the jardin. Oh well. So much for actually putting on a dress and lipstick. And a plateful of tapas. What happened??????
