Is there an airport tax leaving Mexico and how much would it be? Has Alaska already charged me for this?

If you look at the breakdown on the price of your ticket you will various taxes and charges added on. This is standard, although there are airports around (Vancouver used to be one) that charge a separate "airport improvement tax". Manzanillo has no additional taxes.
