Looking for rental for next winter

I'm looking for a studio or one bedroom rental for one person for next winter, approximately mid December to end February. Somewhere reasonably close to the beach or Jardin, and not too far up a hill. My preferred budget is up to about $800 per month, although I could possibly go a bit higher.
