Did I mention the RIBS on Sunday night? These babies will sell out fast so we recommend reservations for them for sure! I do a "love rub" on them the day before then slow slow slow cook them to get them fall off the bone tender and make a yummy home made bbq sauce....you can choose from a few sides to make it a supper: cheddar corn casserole, maple bacon baked beans, creamy slaw or our usual mashed potatoes....and we are gonna make blackberry apple crisp with homemade vanilla icecream!
I think I see Pistachio Ice Cream in the works for tomorrow night, too!
