How refreshing to see people looking up information about sewer treatment and water safety. Fresh water (for drinking) and salt water (for swimming) are 2 different kettles of fish - so to speak- and use totally different testing equipment for salt and for sweet water. Of course, both are important to us here and both types of water need to be tested. Thanks for everyone's input and interest in your own health in laManzanilla. More will be revealed as we slowly wade our way through the steps necessary to achieve our goal: a clean beach for LaManzanilla!
