PRESENTING FRIDAY NITE MOVIES with air conditioning and popcorn (at least for two weeks before I disappear north).
This Friday showing,"The Three burials of Melquiades Estrada", with Tommy Lee Jones. This is an R rated 'American' Western with a surprise ending.
We start at 6:30 pm (you'll have time to see the sun set) at Calle Maria Elba #229. As if you are leaving town from the Jardin, turn south (right) at the first big dip after passing Hotel Gran Caiman. Go to middle of block and look for #229 on left next to Eileen's.
Bring a snack, to share if you'd like, and drink. Alcohol is fine.
Next week we'll see Zoot Suit, a Chicano musical with Edward James Olmos, written and directed by Playwrit, Luis Valdez.
I hope you'll join us. Cruz
