I've finally finished a few very tardy reports, before I retire from "official" weather reporting. Here is the first one. It's a quick rainfall report for last year (the report for 2015 year-to-date is coming in another post.) I was out of town in November, AND my spiffy digital rain gauge with 7-week memory decided to do a CTL-ALT-DEL on itself while I was gone, so I never got to record those big rainfalls that month. I faked in some educated guesswork-based rain readings based on some of your msg board posts. So you can add plus-or-minus a few inches of uncertainty to November's rainfall numbers.
Records:
2014 was the wettest year since our records began in 2004: 54.1", topping 2011's 52.21" (which included Hurricane Jova!)
September 2014 was BY FAR the wettest September: 22.16", beating 2010's 15.4".
November 2014 was the wettest November: 9.0" vs 8.56" in 2013 (See caveats above about November's numbers.)
Tables and graphs (worth a thousand words):
Hopefully these make sense. There is quite an up-trend on rainfall year-by-year. The temperature numbers show a similar trend (but I won't have time to report on those, sorry!)
