Hmmm, perhaps your cookies suck?
Did you try another modem?
Did Telmex take you through all the steps of checking your modem?
If they determine that as the problem they will just send you another
modem, or you can go pick one up. Note - you have to go through the steps with
them on the phone before you can go pick one up. If you don't they won't exchange
the one you bring in.
