Just called them again and they said they would be out and fix it today by 8pm. They could see the service was not up to par. I told him I was continuing to have no internet at least three times a day(a red light on the modem). I just checked my speed and it was png 29ms, dnload 4.86 Mps and upload .61 mps. Let's see what comes of this.
