An unfortunate incident witht he two Kathy Bs.

There are two women who post as "Kathy B" in town, maybe more. Just as there is apparently another "mark" who rants about GMOs and the folks that worked for companies that developed them. I am not that sanctimonious, self important jerk. I am a distinct sanctimonious, self important jerk. But I digress. My Kathy B, my wife of almost 40 years, fractured her hip and left femur on Easter Sunday, a fact which many of you know. La otra Kathy B is an acclaimed artist who so graciously brought my Kathy B. home cooked prepared meals during her convalescence. (It is noteworthy as this story continues that although I have a serious ingrown toenail, la otra Kath B brought me nada). Today, my Kathy and I were at the beach, and later joined by la otra Kathy B. During a general discussion, I told la otra Kathy B that my Kathy's wheelchair was state of the art, and cost me around 4 mil pesos. Immediately, la otra Kathy insisted on wheeling my Kathy into the surf, telling her that it would do her good. My Kathy was not that thrilled with the idea but allowed la otra Kathy B to wheel her down to the surf. But, la otra Kathy B did not stop in the shallow water but kept wheeling my Kathy deep into the shorebreak until my Kathy fell off of the chair. La otra Kathy B then wheeled the chair back to the beach with a big grin saying "it's mine, it's mine!!". I was able, after a considerable struggle, to wrest the wheelchair away from la otra Kathy and bring it home. During the struggle, I lost site of my Kathy but trust that Pedro will call me when she washes up. If you should, by chance, find her instead, please email me at the white envelope, above, during normal business hours. Is anyone interested in a slightly used wheelchair? | ------------------------Re: An unfortunate incident witht he two Kathy Bs.

Ron, you will be amazed and baffled, all at the same time. I might suggest you stop by my place first, I have a fresh pair of rubber chore boots that you can borrow. You will appreciate why after ten minutes of Mark's erudition. Kathy B is a sweetheart and well worth the effort to make her acquaintence. Mark S ? Well, you judge for yourself of course. Some might say he is the stranger your Mom warned you about years ago, beware. Rojo | ------------------------Re: Meeting Mark S.

Jeez,Randy (Red y Rojo). You're poisoning the stream. While I agree that my Kathy B is well beyond reproach or criticism, I, too at times, can be somewhat charming. I do agree that it doesn't happen all that often. Drive safely back home. Mark | ------------------------GFY

Infatuation, sadism, lust, avarice possess our souls and drain the body's force; we spoonfeed our adorable remorse, like ######s or beggars nourishing their lice. Our sins are mulish, our confessions lies; we play to the grandstand with our promises, we pray for tears to wash our filthiness; importantly pissing hogwash through our styes. The devil, watching by our sickbeds, hissed old smut and folk-songs to our soul, until the soft and precious metal of our will boiled off in vapor for this scientist. Each day his flattery makes us eat a toad, and each step forward is a step to hell, unmoved, through previous corpses and their smell asphyxiate our progress on this road. Like the poor lush who cannot satisfy, we try to force our sex with counterfeits, die drooling on the deliquescent tits, mouthing the rotten orange we suck dry. Gangs of demons are boozing in our brain -- ranked, swarming, like a million warrior-ants, they drown and choke the cistern of our wants; each time we breathe, we tear our lungs with pain. If poison, arson, sex, narcotics, knives have not yet ruined us and stitched their quick, loud patterns on the canvas of our lives, it is because our souls are still too sick. Among the vermin, jackals, panthers, lice, gorillas and tarantulas that suck and snatch and scratch and defecate and #### in the disorderly circus of our vice, there's one more ugly and abortive birth. It makes no gestures, never beats its breast, yet it would murder for a moment's rest, and willingly annihilate the earth. It's BOREDOM. Tears have glued its eyes together. You know it well, my Reader. This obscene beast chain-smokes yawning for the guillotine -- you -- hypocrite Reader -- my double -- my brother! Au Lecteur, by Charles Baudelaire. Mark S ole buddy, I think this thread has been hijacked by those G MO FOs. I might as well give up trying to pick on your tired old bones, too much interference to hear clearly. As for the Hijackers, an old saying comes to mind: Dazzle 'em with brilliance, or baffle 'em with bullshit. Your posts gentlemen are not illuminating, to say the least.
