An evening with the weather man, his wife and friends

Nice evening, quite the cloud show with a sunset and a thumbnail moon ! (see top arrow) James was here last evening and asked about the light (red arrow on the left) I said it was from Tenacatita, he mentioned that it may be a light on the fish farm. I scoffed at that and told him a story about how when they do road work around here the only warning that there is a hole that may swallow you entire car is that there is a stick in it. If one were to drive their car into said hole in the middle of the night the response from the powers that be would be "didn't you see the stick" i.e. hands in the air "don't blame us". Now this evening there is the light again, someone says something about a light on the fish farm. I asked Ray about it, he says it has been there about two months! That the port captain came by and told them to put a light on it! I sit out here every night and don't see the damn light for two months! ..... I guess there goes my moral high ground when it comes to faulting those who don't see the green flash. The only argument I have to offer is that I have not been drinking Tequila for the past two months (need my yearly break) so it just goes to show ....... well I don't know what it goes to show but I'll think of it.

The light on the fish farm was there this past January. It wasn't on every night

Knowing its been on since January doesn't help, knowing it is not on every night does help. It is solar so it should automatically go on at dark. My dissonance went through the roof on this topic. I struggled to use conformation bias (or any bias for that matter) to be right but so far no luck. I have resolved to go to the old stand by.."it doesn't matter" I love that one. | ------------------------Re: An evening with the weather man, his wife and friends
