It is true that groups, organizations, individuals, businesses and government agencies have surfaced and are doing/have done a great job in rescuing and returning LM and its community to a better state of being. Many thanks and kudos to them. People with needs should contact them.
At the same time, I learned in a meeting held in the Primaria that several government agencies did not do their jobs correctly and that people (seniors) and homes like Dona Lupe's were over-looked and neglected. So it behooves our community to correct these faults so that we improve and don't leave people out of the loop.
Also, distribution of provisions, services and goods can be tricky and unfair. A plan should be devised so this can become more equitable in the future.
If you have any problems, complaints, or suggestions, please contact Guadalupe Becerra at 315-112-9489 or at becerralupita@ootlook.com. I believe she was sent by Sedesol to collect information so that services can be corrected and improved.
Just my dos centavos, Cruz
