So glad Cafe Risa is in business again! It was busy, too, and there were some intriguing looking pastries there (sticky buns and empanadas)
I just picked up a bottle of cold brew concentrated coffee for making my own mochas at home (I use the chocolate almond milk with it.) One tequila shot glass of coffee, 2 of chocolate milk and 1 of water, then heat it up or drink it cold with ice.
The cold brew keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks, and is tastier than any coffee I seem to make. Tia will have it available soon in bottles that you can return, or, just order a cold brew at the cafe.
Cafe Risa is also working on ramping up the coffee with individual 'pour over' style preparation -
Oh, and I noticed on Facebook that they have lots of spent grounds available to use on your garden.
