Chef Greg Couillard is en route just in time to prepare the new years menu at Chantli Mare!!
This year menu will be as follows:
Lobster pozole... a take on bouillabaisse with Mexican flavours and fresh costa alegre lobster in a casra based broth with white corn and a poached lobster.
Mandarins with salad greens, goat cheese and roasted red peppers in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Shrimp tostaditas with avocado, pomegranate and grilled corn.
Main course choice of:
Filett Mignon with classic french bernaise sauce, scalloped potatoes dauphinoise and vegetables.
or
Dorado with creamed oysters and spinach over sweet potato mash with vegetables.
Dessert
Chocolate Cream brulee and blueberry tiramisu
For dancing we will have "Chido Rivara Band"
