Anyone know someone who can repair electric coffee makers? One Krupp, one Sunbeam. Bud | ------------------------Re: cofffee makers

Our friend Chuy is a genius with small appliances. We have been ready to throw out any number of broken things: coffee makers, phones, fans, blenders, you name it, and he always says he'll take whatever we're getting rid of, and by the next day--they're working! He jokes with us, saying he's waiting for Dan's car to break down! His cell number is 315-109-2176. He also repairs electrical systems on cars and motos. Truly, we haven't found anything he can't fix.He speaks English and French as well as Spanish. | ------------------------Re: cofffee makers

I have been very impressed how repairmen in our area can rebuild things that us Gringos often throw away. In Melaque there was an appliance repair shop that I used to go in and watch them completely rewire the armatures in washing machine motors by hand. We are talking a very large number of meters of wire. | ------------------------Re: cofffee makers
