Sounds like many of us have the same problem, which is slow download speed, signal strength to low to get connected, or simply no signal at all.
In the morning and evening it works fine, but during the rest of the day, it is off and on.
Maybe it is the sheer volume of usage, but for the money spent, it is unacceptable.
You can call Telmex and ask for an english-speaking rep to complain.
Maybe Carlos Slim has had to cut back due to stock market losses, but that's his problem.
