Good going, Jeanne and Phase 2 volunteers! Thank you all for the hard work! This will mean that the animals are loved and fed and cared for instead of throw away starving things. Note: why the costs were so much lower for Phase 2 is because smaller animals were brought to Barra for a lesser charge. Most of the dogs I took in were over 10kg which needed to go to Beto. I took very few cats and mostly female dogs. And some of the 6500p at Beto's went to a further 6 dogs after I left. How wonderful Pro Animal Melaque was in spaying and neutering another 7 of La Manzanilla animals in addition to the 4 La Manzanilla dogs in December. I am so glad it all worked out.
