down here on this most boring of threads.
I feel that you Norma, and many others are of the opinion that spay and neutering
is the only path out there. Then I read articles like this
http://www.gopetsamerica.com/dog-health/spay_neuter_risks_benefits.aspx
and I think, well shit, lots of unknowns. How about giving males a vasectomy?
And I read articles like this.
www.embracepetinsurance.com/medical-articles/vasectomy-for-dogs

From past conversations I know the response to this is "no, because of the
gross STD's that get passed around". So why not cure the STD vs cutting the
animal up, and only do surgery when no other path is available?
What if the year end report read something like this. We gave 35 males a
vasectomy cured 5 animals of STD's and had to neuter/spay 3.
Life is short and even shorter for our animal friends, so why not let them
F##k and fight like us humans do? The end result is the same, less unwanted animals.
