"To calculate the amount for a part-time employee, divide the number of days worked during the year past by 365. Multiply that figure by 15 x the daily salary to determine the amount of the aguinaldo."
So for 54 hours, that would be 6.75 days of work, assuming 8 hours is considered a work day. So I think the math would therefore be: (6.75 ÷ 365) x 15 x daily salary, where the daily salary would of course just be 8 x hourly rate. But rather than divide by 8 and then multiple by 8 again, simply:
(54 ÷ 365) x 15 x hourly rate
Does that seem right? 68
