The Zumba classes are M-W-F at 8 am. What we recommend for beginners is to focus on moving your feet first and leave the arm movements for later once you get comfortable with the footwork. It is a small class typically 5 of us. June will be attending for the next couple of weeks and leading some of the routines. She is really good at giving you modifications to make it easier for those just starting out. We all have fun and laugh at ourselves so it is a very easy going atmosphere.
