Happy Holidays and Feliz Navidad from the crew at Chantli Mare...Chefs Greg Couillard and Eric Padilla Verde have put together a fabulous menu for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Crown Roast of Pork with Guava Glaze, Mx Polenta with Black bean Salsa, Roasted Turkey with Yam Potato Mash & all the Trimming, Imported Boneless Lamb Leg with Mint Chutney, Shrimp Buttered Snapper and Mushroom Swiss Chard Risotto with Smoked Provolone (Vegetarian Option). Appetizer plus Shrimp Bisque or Fig and pomegranate Salad and Medjool Date and Rum Caramel Christmas Pudding! You don`t want to miss this one at $450 per person not including Gratuity and Drinks...We will be posting our New Year Menu This coming Monday and are praying to Neptune for some lovely Lobsters!!!
