Mexican Cooking Class Thursday

I am putting a third Mexican cooking class for Thursday the 12th: Tlacoyos (masa empanadas filled with goat cheese) served with pico de gallo, shrimp ceviche (we flash cook the shrimp first) with coconut milk, mango and mint, Yucatan chicken with achiote and pimpos, freshly ground corn shortbreads iced with Mexican chocolate.
