Just wondering, Sue--what level of Spanish does one need to participate in this fun program? I know from experience last year that you need to get to La Bib early to choose and practice your book a bit before children arrive. Since many of us bring children with us, is there a time we can come on another day to browse the stacks?
Myranda: Music Ideas, HURRAY, yes, yes, let's talk soon
Jeanne: thanks for helping figure out how to make these events work best for all: I believe that there is space for everybody to be involved. Come and partner with another adult, come observe until you are comfortable, come & choose a book and be a reader.
As for being prepared: It is critical to either arrive early to choose your book and prepare or we can most definitely find another time to choose a book
A half hour is a very short time and so each of us should be ready to go at 4 Then and as children arrive we can break into our small groups
My regular schedule has me at the library from 11 until 4:30-5 both Mondays & Wednesdays . My other La Bib times are not as definite.

Hi Sue - Cruz and I are planning to bring 2 children, one in kinder and one in grade 1. Their mom may also be bringing the baby and the 2 year old - may need another adult to help if possible. Will try to get there as early as possible. Looking forward to it!
