Yes Tim, I was a bit snarky, and I do apologize. |
When I moved to La Manzanilla, dogs barked, we had roosters next door. As a matter of fact one would come under my brothers window every morning, start flapping his wings, then wait.. ,here it comes, cockadoodle, I swear to god the thing had a mr microphone somewhere.
One morning Frank was out to get red-rooster, by God. He chased red up the street, and yes Frank was naked, ahhh, the good old days. Score, rooster 1, Frank 0.
I always wondered what happened to the roosters, come to find out a neighbor paid the family to get rid of them because they were too noisy. My opinion, that sucks.
I don't mind noise from animals, guess I just am used to it.
What I can't stand is the early morning drill Sargents commands. Give me a dog, cock, burro, bird, noise any day.
Give it time, you will get used to all the noise that makes Mexico a great place to live.I could not imagine a better place to be.!
