Yes! There will be bread!Burning the candle at both ends I will bake a double order of bread for all of the wonderful people that inspire me to keep on keeping on. I am waiting for a case of those delicious red peppers to hopefully produce that mesquite smoked fire roasted red pepper pesto that we enjoyed last week. I was able to scrape enough basil out of my garden there will be a limited amount of basil pesto. If luck should prevail a “virtual forest of basil as described to me may come available this evening. We shall see. More of the smoked fish cream cheese. New for this week is chipotle cream cheese schmear. I have used this in dollops as a pizza topping, oh my now we be talking decadence. Ojala, I will be able to put together the smoked fish pate. I hate to buy a whole bottle of cognac for only one recipe, maybe I will just have to take my bowl of pate to the bar and order it a couple of shots. I will be looking for you at the tianguis Friday amigos. Sincere thanks to my supporters, you make this all worthwhile .
