This would circumvent our main town road, save our paved streets and not gnarl our already congested seasonal traffic, not to mention the safety issues of school children crossing streets.
I believe the road was even started but for some reason the plan was scuddled and how this was accomplished is not known by me. Possibly $. Quien sabe?
Also, the question is why doesn't this heavy traffic go on the El Tamarindo entrance road off of Highway 200 around kilometer 7. Is it that the residents there don't want this noisy, dusty, heavy traffic passing by their tranquil existence. So it was sent our way?
It sounds a little like how El Tamarindo got our water and then reneged on projects they were supposed to do in exchange. A little slide of hand and oops we end up with the short end, little water and dangerous traffic. Did they say it was a different aquafir (sp) and that workers use this route anyway?
Hay que vida? And some questions to ask, I would say. Cruz
