Norma...someone who is poisoning these dogs may not be buying poison in La Manzanilla...they could get it anywhere, and the ferriterrias are not going to stop selling it because people use it for all kinds of things. also there are plants here that people use to poison animals...it would be so good to be able to find out who it is that is doing this. I have warned all my neighbors who leave their dogs out at night that they should not do this, keep them in if they can. Are you sure this is the dog that had no owner?? she looked well fed.
